CETC were thrilled to launch their first East Lothian BounceBack sessions at Meadowmill on 23rd September.
Although our session programme currently looks very different from pre-COVID (due to local authority changes in set up/opening times post-COVID), we are VERY glad to be back with Trampoline classes and mixed sessions in TRA and DMT.
Meadowmill sessions run on Wednesdays (classes full), Thursdays & Sundays.

As part of our BounceBack programme, CETC have launched new Fitness/S&C classes at Lasswade
Whilst access to equipment is limited, we wanted to ensure we were able to get some sessions up and running at our Midlothian training Hub.
These classes are designed to support the safe and gradual return to training in line with the '12 week' guidelines as outlined by the National Governing Body (Scottish Gymnastics).

We are back!- & it's so good to see all our gymnasts back in the gym again! We are unable to run our full 'normal' timetable yet due to COVID restrictions on numbers & spacing- but we are hoping to restart these next month (ever-changing COVID regulations permitting)

We'll be Bouncing Back Soon!!!

It's been a long time coming..... but we are delighted that the Scottish Government have given the go-ahead for indoor sports to resume from 31st August!
While we're not quite ready to start up classes again- we're working hard with our venue operators & Scottish Gymnastics to ensure a safe return to the Club for all our gymnasts.

CETC regret to announce that all classes have been temporarily suspended as of 19th March 2020, due to the closure of our council training venues in response to the Coronavirus outbreak.
Club members will be kept updated with information - & hopefully it won't be too long before classes can resume again.
Thanks to everyone for their support & understanding.
Keep safe & look after each other!
