The annual Club Championships took place at Lasswade on Sunday 8th December.
Around 60 CETC gymnasts took part in individual Trampolining, Synchro & DMT (double- mini trampoline) – with every gymnast receiving a participation certificate- and medals awarded for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place in each discipline & category.
The 2024 Scottish National Championships for Trampoline, Double-mini Trampoline & Tumbling, were held on Saturday 23rd & Sunday 24th November, at the Regional Performance Centre, Dundee.
Entry was by qualification only, with gymnasts having secured the required scores for this event at competitions throughout the year.
The 2024 National Age Group Finals & TRA,TUM & DMT British Championships took place on 5th & 6th October in Telford.
CETC's FIG DMT gymnast Holly Allfrey competed in the National Age Group Finals on Saturday, where she came 6th in the 17-21 age group.
Bryony Page is the 2024 Womens Trampoline Olympic Champion!
After finishing in 5th place after qualifications earlier today, Bryony went on to complete an awesome routine in the Finals, securing the Gold medal & Olympic Champion title!
GBR Izzy Songhurst didn't quite make the Finals, but finished a very respectable 14th - in the World!! Great job Izzy!
The 2024 Olympic Games commence today (Friday 26th July) with the opening ceremony taking place at 6.30pm tonight, & will be shown on BBC 1.
Good Luck to the GBR Trampoline Team of Bryony Page, Izzy Songhurst & Zak Perzamanos, who will compete in the qualifying rounds on Friday 2nd August.
Well Done to Archie & Robbie who competed at the BG Inter -Regional Challenge Cup Finals 2024 on 6th & 7th July, which took place at the Utilita Arena, Birmingham.
Both represented Scotland Region at this event - with Archie being selected for the 4th year - & Robbie making his National competition debut!
