After the Christmas & New Year holidays, classes are now back in full swing!
Preparations are now underway for the first two Scottish Gymnastics Trampoline & DMT competitions for the 2025 season, which will held at the Regional Performance Centre, Dundee, in February & March.

Classes are currently pretty much at capacity, with only a very few spaces available. However, if your child is interested in joining us at CETC – please contact the Secretary for more information about available classes, or our Waiting List.

We are always looking to recruit more coaches & judges – so if this is something which is of interest, & you would like to join our fantastic coaching team or group of qualified judges – please get in touch!
Ideally, we are looking for Level 2 & above trampoline coaches – but we’re open to contact from anyone who is interested in receiving support & mentoring to start or continue their trampoline coaching pathway.

For information on classes, coaching or judging- please just contact the Secretary.

Club Championships 2024!

The annual Club Championships took place at Lasswade on Sunday 8th December.
Around 60 CETC gymnasts took part in individual Trampolining, Synchro & DMT (double- mini trampoline) – with every gymnast receiving a participation certificate- and medals awarded for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place in each discipline & category.
The overall winner of each category also received an award- with the presentation of the annual Club Championship trophies awarded for particular skills, including best Form & highest difficulty in TRA & DMT.

Club members are asked to participate in a poll each year, to vote for favourite coaches & helpers – and this year Kayleigh Kerr was voted ‘Senior Coach of the Year’ with Adam MacLeod chosen as ‘Junior Coach of the Year’. Both were presented with their awards at the Championships.

A new ‘Honorary Life Membership’ was awarded to Janis Harvey, who was a Safeguarding Officer & general helper at the Club for many years while her girls attended CETC. Janis always went the extra mile to assist coaches & gymnasts, & has supported the new Club Safeguarding Officers in taking over their new roles on the Committee.

One of the Club’s distinction awards -in memory of a special CETC parent & Club supporter - the ‘Tracey Yule Memorial Cup’  - was presented this year to gymnast Naomi Fyall.
A very special new award, the ‘Sandra Millar Memorial Award’ was presented this year to her daughter, CETC gymnast & coach, Lauren Gibson. This award is in memory of a very special parent & helper who was involved in the Club for many years, as a score recorder, Safeguarding Officer - & Honorary Life Member of CETC. Sandra sadly passed away in September this year, but will always be remembered with love by all who knew her at the Club.

Many parents came along to the Championships to spectate, & help with the organisation on the day -selling programmes, lucky squares & raffle tickets (thanks to parent, Caroline Calder who donated the Cadburys chocolate hamper) and to the Royal Zoological Society of Scotland & the Scottish Seabird Centre, North Berwick, for their Family ticket donations.
Massive thanks to all the coaches, parents & officials who volunteered on the day- helping to make the CETC Championships 2024 another fantastic & memorable day for everyone!
