Every month, Mars will be donating a £1,000 cash award to a sports individual, club or project in need of extra funding. Whether it’s for new kit, travel costs, coaches, training or competition entry fees, they are willing to help. At the end of each month, from May to September, the entry that receives the most votes will receive the £1,000 award. Additionally, every week the panel of judges will award two applicants with a grant of £300.
A fun Quiz Night has been arranged for the first Club social event of 2015! The Quiz will be held at Meadowmill Bowling Club (next to the Sports Centre)
on SATURDAY 14 MARCH 2015, from 7pm - 10.30pm.The Quiz is suitable for all ages - with prizes and fun fundraising games too!
A buffet is included in the ticket price, and tickets are available for Adults, children & Families (2 Adults+ 2 children) at Club, from Sunday 1st - Tuesday 10th March.
Everyone at classes this week has been given a tube of Smarties - to eat - & then to fill with 20p pieces & return to your coach - before 29 March if you can -
but don't worry if you haven't filled your tube by then - you can still hand it in.

New Fundraising Group organiser, Parissa Afshar, has arranged a nail bar - offering Shellac nails, during class times on Sunday 22 February 2015 at Lasswade.
Each 30-45 min time slot can be booked through Parissa - just contact her by email.

The Fundraising Group have organised this years' Club Christmas Raffle, giving members, families & friends a chance to win one of 3 fantastic hampers (donations permitting) - a Christmas Hamper (with seasonal foods & treats), a Pamper Hamper (lots of goodies to make you look & feel fab for the party season!) and a Chocolate Hamper (who needs to explain.... mmmmmm!)
