FIG World TRA, DMT & TUM Championships 2019

British Trampoline, DMT & Tumbling gymnasts have already arrived in Japan for the start of the 34th FIG World Championships 2019, which take place in Tokyo from 28th November- 1st December.
Good luck to all the GB gymnasts taking part- especially Scotland's Kim Beattie (Banchory TC) in the DMT Senior Women.

BG Anti-bullying week- Wear your Odd Socks to Training!!!

British Gymnastics 'Anti-bullying week' will run from 11th-15th November.
To help support the campaign, CETC will be taking part in 'ODD SOCKS TUESDAY' on 12th November!
Club members should come to training at all classes that day - wearing their most outrageous odd socks!!!!!
Wonder who will have the wackiest pair of odd socks.......???!

 

Success for Scotland at Loule!

Four CETC Gymnasts were selected to represent Scotland at The Loule Cup, Portugal, from 11th- 12th October- Ciara Donlevy, Caitlin O’Brien, Kelly Wynne & Madeline Smith. Unfortunately Caitlin was unable to compete due to injury.This was the first time Scotland had entered a DMT Team at this event - & the results were excellent!

The Scotland Trampoline, DMT & Tumbling Team arrive in Portugal today (10th October) to take part in the Loule Cup 2019.
The competition takes place in Loule, Portugal on Friday 11th & Saturday 12th October.This is first time a Scotland Team has taken part in this International competition, so there is great excitement from all the gymnasts representing their country!

Five Head off to British Championships!

Five CETC DMT gymnasts are on their way south today for the British Trampoline, DMT & Tumbling Championships 2019, which take place this weekend (Sat 28th & Sun 29th September) at the Birmingham Arena.
The girls - Madeline Smith, Ava Harvey, Kelly Wynne, Ciara Donlevy & Caitlin O'Brien have all been training hard in preparation for the event, which precedes the Scottish National Championships next weekend in Perth.
